Roster and shifts

Leave and availability
Staff request leave on their phone and see their balance. Part-timers say when they can work. You approve in one place.

Questions we hear
Who is ClockToPay for?
Small businesses in Singapore with hourly, part-time and monthly-paid staff: cafés, shops, clinics, studios and similar. We started in a food and beverage business, so rosters and part-timers are first-class.
What counts as an "active staff member"?
Anyone you have not deactivated. People who have left can be marked as leavers and stop counting. Your count is checked every day, and changes show on your next bill.
What happens if I have more than 5 staff on Free?
Everyone already added stays and can keep clocking in. To add or reactivate more people you upgrade to Pro, which has no staff limit.
How do staff clock in?
On a shared tablet or phone at the workplace: they tap their name, enter their own PIN and a photo is taken. Staff also use their phone to request leave, send claims and see payslips.
Is the payroll accurate?
The calculations follow the CPF Board's published tables and are tested against them, but payroll is a calculator that your team reviews, not advice. Some cases need a manual entry, such as bonuses and first-year PRs. See the note in the Payroll section above.
Does it work with our accounting software?
Yes. Choose your software once and type your own account names or codes. You then download the payroll journal and the expense claims as files made for it: Xero and Zoho Books layouts, or a plain CSV that most other software, or your accountant, can import. A direct connection that sends the journal automatically is planned.
Is my company's data private?
Yes. Every company has its own separate private database, so one company's information is never mixed with another's. Different logins see only what their role needs.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay by card on a secure Airwallex payment page. Cancel from your admin page at any time; your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have paid for, and then returns to Free. Nobody's data is deleted.
How do I sign in?
Each company has its own links, which you get when you sign up (they end in ?c=your-company-code). Open your admin link on any computer or phone. If you forget your password, use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. Lost your link? Email us.
Is there a phone app?
It works in the browser on phones and tablets, and you can add it to your home screen like an app. Store apps are planned.
